So last Friday me and my boyfriend had sex and on Monday I went to the doctor because I thought I had a UTI. I did in fact have a UTI and she prescribed me antibiotics and AZO. I finished the medication like she told me to Monday - Wednesday and was better. Then yesterday I noticed when I wiped down there it hurt. I’ve never had a yeast infection before but I Googled symptoms and it sounds similar to mine. I have a little soreness at the opening and a little bit of itchiness at the opening. Could it be a yeast infection or could it be that we just got to rough during sex? If it is a yeast infection, how could I treat it? I’m in college and really don’t want to have to go back to the doctor again. Or will it go away on its own? Thanks! :)
