So I’m kinda... sorta really depressed, and I don’t get out of bed much other than to eat and move to a different bed.
I’m worried that I’m going to put on weight, not that there is anything wrong with that, I just am insecure as it is. I’ve noticed that just calmly walking to my kitchen puts me out of breath and gives me this terrible feeling. Idk it might be because schools not in and I’m not in gym, but I’m still a little concerned about it.
Also, because of my depression, it causes me to be hungrier, I can tell there is a growth in appetite. I have no motivation to exercise, other than to swim. So that's my life for you. :)
