My baby will not go to sleep unless he nurses to sleep. At night once he falls asleep he'll stay asleep for a couple hours but then he wakes himself up and needs to be nursed again to go back to sleep.

During the day it's the same for naps..even when he's not hungry. During the day though as soon as I put him down he wakes up right away or 15 minutes later.

I'm not exaggerating when I say he probably sleeps for a total of 45 mins during the day.

I know he needs to learn to put himself to sleep..but how? CIO? Ughhh any advice?!!!
