3hr Glucose-No News Is Good News?

Question

So i failed my one hour glucose test last Thursday, they called me the very next day to let me know and to schedule to come in for the 3hr glucose and fasting. 
That was on Wednesday of this week, never got a call about results.
Is no news good news? Or am i being impatient?
Did yall get phone calls letting you know you passed? Do they only call if you’ve failed?

I had to call for my 1 hour results almost two weeks later cause no one contacted me 😑 and I failed so I was pissed thinking what if I hadnt of called you?! Anyway I go in on Monday for the 3 hour. I hope you passed! Keep us updated :)

I think it varies by each doctor/office. 
My doctor told me they’d only call if my results were bad, but still called to tell me that everything was fine. This was for more than one test, each time it was the same thing. They’d say they won’t call, then the nurse would call and tell me that everything looks ok but give me a heart attack each time the number showed on my screen lol.
Generally, I think most places only call if it’s bad. You could always try reaching out when they’re open just to be sure 😊

My doctor always says no news is good news. If you get a call then it’s not good news.
