Any tips on making allergies more bearable?
it really sucks, when I wake up in the morning I am usually fine at first, but once I'm properly awake/go too the loo I feel horrible, my nose gets blocked, streams, I start sneezing and my eyes water.
I don't even know what I'm allergic to, the doctor I saw said I was atopic (I have overactive histamines). It's like being sick every day and I hate it.
Does anyone have any advice or tips for me on how to deal with allergies and make them more bearable?
I would greatly appreciate it, I'm tired of feeling like this, thanks girls.
