There’s no benefits to it. It filtered out bad things getting to your baby while pregnant. Why would you want to put that back in your body?

Nope! I asked my dr about it because I had heard it can help esp with women are more prone to PPD, but she said there aren’t any reliable studies indicating this actually has a positive, measurable effect. Also, in some cases, can put your health at risk.

I wish there was a no option besides ew no. I'm not going to but I dont think its gross if someone else does. Its just not for me. Besides my placenta was shredded after labor. It got stuck and had to be pulled out manually small piece by piece for over an hour. There wasn't much left when they were done. I'm going to just assume the same will happen this time.
