Officially a week late

Lauren • 24 years old, mother to a beautiful 7yr old girl. Fiancé and I have been together almost 3yrs & we want a baby!!
Really don't want to psych myself out here, but, I'm officially a week late after being 5 days late last month. I've only had my IUD out since February but could it be?!?!
