can't take this heatwave

Hello I'm 16 weeks but struggling in this hot weather. Finding it very hard to cool down, usual I worship the sun but since being pregnant I can't face it. I live in the UK so not used to temperatures in high 20's like they have been recently. Is anyone else struggling with the heat?
