If it moves it is likely a cyst. Usually they are not cancerous and go away on their own. Try a warm compress or call a physician

It looks like a cyst I had one and had it removed mostly cause it caused pain in my hand and it can turn into cancer but you should be fine and if you’re really worried just see a doctor for it

Idk why but me and my sisters get those very often, it looks like a cyst. It happens to me when I wear underwear or pants that are too tight. Also DO NOT try to pop it or anything, I tried to do that once and now I have a sizable scar where it was. To deal with it I wear seamless underwear and take hot baths. I have also noticed that staying hydrated helps too. Me and my sister also both have small cysts on our ovaries, and I’m not sure if they are related, but you may want to get checked for that.
