Heart Palpitations?

Question

Been experiencing these rather frequently today. I looked into it a little and it seems like a normal thing in pregnancy, but from what I read it seems like a later-in-pregnancy kind of thing. I’m nearly 7 weeks. Has anyone ever had these this early?
Idk if it’s relevant, but I’ve been glued to the couch for about a week with crippling nausea and have lost 4lbs. I’m starting to get food back into me again, and I am drinking water.

I dropped 10 lbs in the last few weeks because I haven’t been able to eat cause the little one doesn’t like anything I have to offer. I’ve had low blood pressure and a high heart rate since 5 weeks, I’m 8 weeks today. It’s probably just how your body is reacting to the pregnancy. But I’d talk to your doctor too if you haven’t.

so, about 4 years ago I was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia. my heart goes into episodes where it beats way too fast, I get flushed, lightheaded, and dizzy.
well, it had been pretty dormant for a long time, but now my hr is pretty consistently 140-160 bpm, topping out at 180. I'm also having low blood pressure so instead of getting flushed I'm getting super pale and clammy.
I am trying to get back in with my cardiologist and restart meds, per OB's recommendation. 
stay hydrated, get up slowly, and try to rest when possible.
