Can I eat a small bag of Doritos during my pregnancy ?? Cause my family keep telling me not to ? Im 13 weeks 4 days

Of course!! It's always best to eat healthy but a little splurging every now and then won't hurt! And it may be the only way to keep us sane! Lol ;)

I mostly ate healthy but my mom tried to force me to eat whatever she said I had to eat. I ate what I wanted when I wanted too. During the last month of my pregnancy with my son 5 years ago I was eating a bag of pretzels and a slurpee every 2 days. I craved the sal and it was so hot the slurpee was so yummy! My son is a big 5 year old now. He was born 3 weeks early by induction cuz he was large for his weeks, all boys in my family are big and they also didn't know when I got pregnant cuz I was on the pill. I'm not pregnant with our 2nd and I'm eating whatever I want. Mostly it's nothing though simply cuz it's hot and I'm not all that hungry. During the day I do eat some granola bars of I don't feel up to eating much else just to keep my blood sugar up, and then it's usually cooked down enough for me to eat dinner.
