Hi ladies! Any recommendations to clear pregnancy acne?

I am 6 weeks and am breaking out worse than ever!

I don’t like using chemicals on my skin and found a miracle $6 bar of soap (charcoal) on Etsy from a shop called Skin Food by AB. The reviews are insane, I refused to believe a bar of soap could do anything and now I’m a huge fan! Since having success with the charcoal bar, I reached out to the owner and shared with her my skin issues in pregnancy and to see if there was anything else she recommended. I use the heal bar in the am and charcoal bar in the pm and follow both with the heal serum. My skin is completely changed🙌🏻

My back broke out during my entire pregnancy!  It actually hurt it was so bad.  You can’t use anything with Salicylic Acid, which is in most acne treatments.  My Dr recommended using an non-medicated exfoliating scrub to keep my pores clean.  I found a Target brand apricot scrub (green bottle, the brown one had salicylic acid) that I liked.
