Clear liquid with poo

Hi moms, quick question, my daughter is 3 months and has been having really bad constipation. Based on doctors orders, we were adding one TS of karo syrup to her bottles daily... however she now knows when it’s in her bottles and refuses to eat.. as a result we now give it to her in smaller doses and sometimes not every day—pretty much only when it’s necessary for her to have a bowel.. since we have not been giving it to her like usual. She is having painful poops every other day.. I found that when this happens it helps her when I spread her butt gently open to take some of the pressure off which helps her a lot. Today with her poop came watery mucus .. I thought she peed but she didn’t... it reminded me of when a baby is vaginally delivered, and the access amniotic fluid comes out ..has this happened to anyone before? I’ll be calling her pedi tomorrow for advice also
