What is going on??? Sorry Tmi

Hubby and I baby danced at 3am or a little after. After we was done I felt funny down there. I went and wiped off and it was bright red blood. I put in a tampon and when I woke up it had nothing there really. I had light spotting after peeing only when wiping. I didn't have af last month just spotting twice.
