Gender on Ultrasound?

Question

My partner and I are very impatient and don’t want to wait until the end of the month to know the gender! 
What is the earliest you found out your gender via ultrasound? 
I will be 15w6d on the day I’ll book it for so basically 16 weeks. 
My Ovia app said that babies genitalia is finished developing externally so the tech will be able to tell? 
But I just want to know please when you all found out.

You could have taken the blood test and found out last month.

I found out at 19 weeks and 4 days but that’s because they won’t tell you the gender any earlier than 18 weeks along due to the fact that it can be hard to tell. Baby may not cooperate

The earliest anyone would look for us was 15 weeks! We are in the US not sure if that matters!

I believe I found out between 14-16 and it was confirmed at my anatomy scan at 20 weeks.
