It may be something or it may be nothing. What causes one person to spot is different for another. To ease your mind you should see and doctor and advise them to check you to make sure baby is ok and your cervix is still closed

it just depends keep an eye on it.. if your worried call your doctor or a nurse line. If you start cramping at all call right away.
