Today is first day of daycare

Trying to hold it together. My son has been at home with me every day since birth but I have to return to work so today is his first day at daycare. I’m so stressed he’s just going to cry all day since he won’t be around me and i won’t be there to comfort him 😩😩

Anyone have any kind words to help me get through this day? How long does it normally take to get used to this new routine?
