What cold medicine can you take when your pregnant ??? Nose stuffed, coughing a lot, hard to breath I NEED HELP

lots of orange juice, water an rest. I took cough drops here an there. take a hot shower. get a humidifier.

I usually go for natural remedies, lots of garlic and honey and lemon do the trick for me.
