Holy grail acne products?

Does anyone have any HOLY GRAIL acne products in their skin care routine? I use bar soap & noxema for my face & it helps a little but I'm looking for something (high end or drugstore) that will really do the job. Any suggestions?

My dermatologist said that benzoyl peroxide is class C for pregnancy so it's not recommended so I use Nutrogena face wash with exfiatkng beads and prescription Finacea cream. Spelling may be off a bit; but I really like the cream!

Cerave is amazing. I also use a bit of castor oil and witch hazel. I've never had skin problems or acne so I'm not sure how this product may work for you but it does wonders for my skin tone and keeps me feeling clean.

I love proactiv. My skin is way sensitive right now so I don't use it daily and their night serum helps clear up blemishes quickly.

Have you tried the acne line from Clinique?

Do some research before using products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If you're breaking out due to pregnancy hormones, those "acne" products won't help anyway.

I had pretty bad acne. I got a clean and clear 3-1 cleaner for everyday use and I use neutragena face wash for when I have make up on.  Then I use a scrub everyday in the shower and when I get out I use a ultra light moisturizer and every other day an mud mask   this has really been working for me.  I still get some break outs every once in a while but not nearly as severe.  I have also just started using Mary Kay Microbrasion set 2 times a week for scars and it has been working.

I love Paulas Choice products its an online only conpany but shipping is fast and her products are fantastic. I also like clinique acne products they work well too. My OB said benzoyl  peroxide and salicylic acid are fine in small amounts 1% 2% ect. because they are topical.
