I would say CD19. Your temps look good.

Cd19 was the day you ovulated and you are now 18dpo... with high temps.. I think it's time you took a test lady ;)

Agree with CD19. I use to get scared of testing too but I told myself being pregnant or not didn’t change after I peed on a stick. I’m either pregnant or not! Pee covered sticks will only tell me for sure lol.

If this were my chart, I’d say I’m pregnant and I’ve had a ton of let downs too so I understand your hesitation - but you are textbook high temps > 18 days = pregnant. CONGRATULATIONS!!
