Ovulation pain

So I’m experiencing ovulation pain days pass ovulation is this normal? I notice this happen quite often, could it be possibly something else

Yes. It happens to me as well. I was told it could be due to a cyst on your ovary that gets inflamed due to ovulation or it could be the uterus attempting to contract to move sperm upstream.

No. Not unless the cyst is large in size or there are multiple. It shouldn't interfere with the ability to get pregnant. I don't have cysts that I know of either but was told this by my doc as a possibility. Dont worry! Many women have cysts and conceive each day

I was told the same thing but my gynecologist says that I don’t have any cyst maybe follicles... so if it was possibly a cysts does that mean that ovulation couldn’t occur when trying to get pregnant?
