Can anyone help me understand my cycle? They range between 30 & 50 days.. This cycle was 43 days. I spotted on CD 23 which was unusual for me. Glow says I ovulated CD 29. What do you guys think? As far as my ovulation, fertile window and that spotting???

Glow looks right about your ovulation. If you put in all your bds, you won’t be pregnant this month. I agree-OPKs in conjunction with bbt is perfect for a long cycler. You can use OPK to predict possible ovulation and then use bbt to confirm (if bbt doesn’t confirm, you go back to OPKs). Good luck!

I would invest in a lot of cheap OPk. your chart is pretty hard to read but I'd go with the apps guesses.
