I have had period like pains for about a week now

Lots of lower back pain and cramping

I had hip pain on my right side yesterday now today it’s more on my left but very painful I feel like I can’t walk with it

I’ve had loose stools for a couple days now that have recently turned to diarrhea...

And lots of pressure down there
