When should I get An ultrasound to see the baby how early is safe?

It’s up to the doctor honestly, some doctor will not even see you till your 11-12 weeks, some do it around 7-8 weeks. It really depends on your doctor

Not up to you unless it’s a private ultrasound place. It’s up to your ob because some don’t do them early on and some will. For my first daughter I didnt get one til 9 weeks (thought I was 12 weeks though based on LMP). But my second I got one asap at 7 weeks because I’m a high risk pregnancy due to losing my first daughter from a disorder called monosomy x.

Don’t lift anything heavier than baby, move around , but not like crazy, drink water , eat warm things so your body heals . Wear a band it’s helps. Try sleeping a little elevated.

Once you have your first one with your doctor, you can choose to go to a private place as much as you want. They normally require you to have had at least one with your doctor though. Most doctors will only do 2, maybe 3, tops. Unless there’s a medical necessity for you to have more.
