Light throb?

Has anyone had a light throb on left side ovarie area 5/6 weeks pregnant

Answer

At my 8 wk sonogram they saw a harmless cyst on my ovary she said happened when I ovulated and was shrinking already. I also found out I have poly cystic ovaries. They haven't caused me problems except for the occasional stabbing pain when I sneeze.
