high blood pressure 😯😢

So my ultrasound doctor want me to pee in a jug for 24 hours and give it to my ob so I have never had to experience anything with high blood pressure with my 2 girls so I am wondering if any one have gone threw this and can give some advice on what to expect on both the good and bad side of it please and thank you
