Baby kicks

Okay so about 2 days ago baby was kicking up a storm. Then yesterday and today she’s barely moved. Like I still feel her kick here and there but not like usual. I’ve also been busy the past two days. Is this normal? Could it just be from being busy and from her kicking so much the one day? I’m 30+4
