Short hair or long hair?

So it’s summer now and I’m a tomboy. Shout out to all the tomboys out there. But I’m torn between cutting my hair and going for a masculine look, or growing it out to look more feminine. Or maybe I should do a mix of both, idk. Can you gals help me out with choosing a hair style?

I prefer side bangs / side parts and have a chestnut colored hair.
