here is an update. im supposed to start my next cycle tomorrow but i have no signs that AF is on her way. i had a biopsy done last week(side note it was freaking painful when they took the tissue)and found out i have polyps in my uterus. next step is to have them removed. and thank you all for trying to help me understand i appreciate it  soo much. i dont have anyone to ask which is why i came here. @MrsG @Erin @Alex

cd 17 if your temps go back up and stay up. Otherwise not yet.

I originally thought Day 15 bc it has the same exact spike as Day 17,  but your temps stayed high after day 17 and that’s what you want...so day 17. It may be clearer after tracking one more cycle (hopefully you won’t have to). Baby dust!
