Has anyone used Match.com? Is the question for the poll. 
Please comment answers;
Was it effective? Any suggestions on intro for profile? Opinions?

I met my BF on Plenty of Fish. We dated for a month and now going 6 months strong. I treated most dates before him worth a grain of salt because there really are some guys out there that want to feed on women's emotions just to get some. I didn't think he'd be much more than good company at a bar, But he really surprised me. Our first date went on for 8 hours and he quickly became my best friend. You'll know when they're BSing and when they're for real. Don't force it. And don't be vain. Good luck!

I used match. I met my husband on plenty of fish though. Just be yourself. Be prepared for rejection and some rude people as well. And keep in mind there are scam artists on there as well. If it's too good to be true and he refuses to meet in person he is not really that person.

Met my husband on match. Just be yourself, be safe and be prepared to talk to a few duds. I talked to my husband first by email,  then by text, phone and after a couple weeks we had a first  date. It helped that I finally decided to have higher standards and stuck to them.  I.e. must have a job, no making out too early on.  Most of all, have fun!
