Contractions Day 3.

I have been having contractions for 3 days, and because I'm only 36 weeks my Dr won't help progress my labor nor will he give me any medicine to stop it. The only thing he offered was Tylenol to help with the pain. -_- Has anyone else had issues with this as well? I've barely slept for 3 days and I'm SO tired. i tried to lay down this morning and couldn't get comfortable so I started crying.. I'm not sure what I can do or what I'm asking? I guess just some support from others who's been through this would be nice 💙
