How to tell if discharge or fluid?! 37+5

I just sat down on the couch, and this came out. It felt like a period when you wear a pad. I changed my undies to monitor if it keeps happening. This has happened a few times in last couple weeks, but it eventually stops.

So just curious how you tell the difference.

It will be constant. I changed my underwear four times in ten minutes because it was getting soaked.

My OB said I’ll know. It will be a continuous leak that doesn’t stop

Same thing happens to me, I would say discharge. My nurse checked to see if it was my fluid leaking and she said she notice my panties were slightly wet but she said it’s discharge and not my fluid.
