can i drink slim fast while pregnant?

it's not too lose weight, it's not too gain weight it's not too replace meals.... with my nausea I found it easier to hold that down. originally I was looking forward a nutrition shake but ended up just buying these. I just use them to get something in my system in the morning before breakfast

Personally I wouldn’t. They are loaded with artificial sweeteners, trans fats and a slew of artificial ingredients. Something like an ensure or a carnation instant breakfast shake would be better

ONLY if: it provides a safe, high level of nutrients, doesn’t include caffeine, high amounts of zinc and vitamin A, does not contain ‘weight loss’ ingredients and if your doctor tells you its fine.
The packaging should tell you whether it’s safe to consume while pregnant.
But most of those are not.

If you want to replace meals do it with fruit juices/smoothies. 
“Slim teas” even if your doing it with other intentions aren’t healthy. 
Try yogurt drinks, smoothies things that are good to have even if u weren’t pregnant! 
I had sickness until week 28 and the only thing that would help me was salt and vingare crisps... ( squares to be exact ) and vegetable meals only. Literally was vegan for the first 4 months 😂 
is be picking on 1 packet of squares for maybe 3 hours but I’d get some energy in!

Try Ensure or something similar instead. Slim fast is supposed to help curb your appetite, too, which is only going to make things worse. 
Get yourself one with plenty of protein and nutrients.  
But Slim Fast will probably do the opposite of what you want here.
