Measuring early = size of baby and does not determine due date once you're into your second trimester. 
The dating scan you get in early pregnancy is the most accurate due date you'll get since most babies/sacs are the same size up to a certain point.
My LO measured 3 weeks ahead from 20w on and they never changed his due date. He came one day before he was due.

baby measurements can very each time it doesnt mean anything its just a guess on how big they are

My OB told me I’m between Jan 14-17 for delivery. But I went into labor at 38 Weeks with my first so who knows. I think it’s hard to get an accurate result so early because babies like to be curled up.
