Looking for Biblical advice.. is this ok?

Question

I know sex is supposed to bring spouses closer together, but what do you do when one person’s drive is higher than the other’s? My husband and I have never had the same drive. Is it Biblically ok to take care of sexual needs ourselves occasionally? Ever since I’ve had my son, almost 18 months ago, I have no drive. I still have regular weekly sex with my husband, but I’m too tired during the week and I wish he would just take care of himself sometimes. 😂 Is it ok to tell him to masturbate if he’s not looking at porn?

According to God your spouse has access Righs to your physical body.  Your body isn’t yours because Jesus bought it at the cross. And, it isn’t yours because it belongs to your spouse. Withholding being intimate with your spouse is a defensible behavior and considered sinful.  The Word also says if you choose that path, you’re inviting more sin into your marriage. In the normal Christian marriage (there are marriages with extenuating circumstances) no sex, or even infrequent sex leads to more sin. Don’t withhold from your spouse what is rightfully hers/his. If you need to make a change then find the right moment to acknowledge to your spouse you’ve been walking in sin in this area and, going forward, you are aligning your thinking with what the Bible teaches. Pray, Pray, and continue to pray God is  there for you!

My husband and I only have sex like 3 times a month because my sex drive is like -36 and always has been and he married me knowing this. Maybe I have a hormonal problem that makes me this way idk but if I'm not into it but agree anyway my husband can tell and then he feels like he's using me and feels bad and we end up just stopping anyway. I know he takes care of himself (thinking about me of course 😉) because he's very honest about it and I don't mind at all. I can't make myself be sexual and it's not his fault. We are super in love though and have an amazing relationship besides the limited sex, we are truly best friends!

What my pastor said to us in premarital counseling regarding sex: as long as you are both comfortable with it and it remains just you two, then there’s nothing wrong. If you are fine with it, then let him (as long as he is also okay with it).

1 Corinthians 7:4-5 “For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. Likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. 5 Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.” 
It’s hard to hear but it’s God’s Word and I pray that you can accept and follow it even though you may not want to, as I had the same struggle.

I'm current prego with our daughter and I've been craving for my husband in every way lol. I'm just happy I can be able to go to him and not turn to other things when he and I were created for a purpose. I give him breaks just as he does me... But our marriage is better by far knowing our loyalty and faithfulness is not taken for granted! One of many aspect of our marriage is my desire for my husband, that no man can ever take away... Everything my husband has and given is all I need! He's a great father and lover I couldn't be more blessed to have!

It really comes down to how the two of you feel about it, personally if I’m just not feeling it and he is, I am completely fine with him doing his thing (and vise versa😂). If you don’t have any uneasy feeling then trust your gut and your man. After all it’s your marriage and your bodies. It is a completely normal part of life. If it really worries you do a little reading and praying and see how you feel.

biblically speaking I think it's wrong to turn your husband away if he needs you. the bible talks about that sometimes it's ok to take a break if both partners are in agreement but never if only one spouse wants a break. 
as a mother of 3 I completely understand that there are times that sex seems like another chore. so I can't really tell you what is right for you. all I can suggest is talking to your spouse. let him know how you are feeling. see what he has to say in return. maybe come to an agreement about how many times a week he needs it. sometimes just trying to please our spouse can put us back in the mood.
