Hey guys, just wondering, how far along were you in your pregnancy when you started taking your prenatals? I just had my first OB appt at 8 weeks and the doctor never mentioned starting me on prenatals, and I forgot to ask about it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I started taking them 6 months before we actually conceived. I wasn’t sure how long it would take. You should start taking them today. Your baby is forming major organs and it’s crucial that you take prenatals to prevent birth defects and other problems... go get you some!

I had been taking them for nearly a year before we were even TTC. Once I knew I was officially pregnant, I switched to one that also contained DHA! They have many vitamins and nutrients that can be very helpful to women of child bearing years and also making sure to take in plenty of folic acid is important!

I was taking them before I was even pregnant or trying. It’s actually good for all women of child bearing age to be on them even if you aren’t actively trying. The sooner you start them the better.. like now. This is the most vital time in your baby’s development
