Thanksgiving

Ok, my mother (who can be harsh) just told me (July 3rd)... the turkey I cooked for thanksgiving last year was terrible. The stuffing was too.

She and my Dad explained, I have two toddlers, full time job and she is just being polite by saying “it’s obvious hosting Thanksgiving is just too much for you”. And they won’t bore me with the details on how bad it was.

So she is NOW hosting thanksgiving for our entire family and my spouses family.

Really wanted to tell her to f8ck off. But I’m maturing. And I’ve decided to let it go.....

Not telling my husband, I’m just posting here. Saying I’m annoyed out loud feels better. And really don’t care.... btw, her turkey and stuffing will make me sick this year, I’m sure. What a loon.
