How to avoid yeast infections?
I personally get yeast infections after sitting in wet bathing suit bottoms. Well it’s the summer and I’m constantly tubing/at the river etc. how do I avoid/prevent them when I know I’ll be in wet bathing suit bottoms for a prolonged period of time?
