Help with migraines??

I've had severe migraines the last few weeks, I've taken paracetamol and it doesn't make a dent in the pain. I had an emergency out of hours appointment Sunday because the pain was ridiculous, I was given codeine, which still make no difference!! I'm loosing my mind constantly tucked up in bed in a dark room, I can barely eat, sleep, move! I feel like the last 6 days, someone's smashing a brick into my skull and my eyes are going to explode! 😢 I'm 16 weeks and 2 days pregnant so harsh meds are out the question 😢
