I’m so confused and I don’t want to get my hopes up.

Long story short, I’ve been on a few birth controls like the IUD, Nexplanon and birth control pills and they always make me sick or have bad side affects to the point I have to stop them.

I went to the hospital at the beginning of May for really bad stomach pains, they did blood work because I told them I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. They checked my HCG level and it was at 13.1 and I was told I was 1-2 weeks pregnant (very early). My partner and I were shocked because we were using condoms. Not long after that I started bleeding went back to the ER and redid my blood work and my blood count went down to 1.5. No one ever confirmed if it was a miscarriage or if it was a false positive and started my period. I had my period May 4th-7th had very weird spotting in the morning on the 14th but was only when I wiped. I then had my period on again on May 31st - June 2nd, I was suppose to start my period on June 22nd but didn’t. We’re already in July 3rd and I haven’t had any spotting in between my last period and now. I’ve taken several home pregnancy tests and they have a very faint line. I already have an appointment with my OB to see what’s going on and why I haven’t had my period. I’m just so confused and I don’t want to get my hopes up like me and my partner did last time. Has anyone gone through this before??
