When to tell the boss that your pregnant?

So I've been TTC for awhile, and randomly got a promotion at work and the 3d day of my new job I found out I was pregnant (woohoo😁). so now I'm 8 weeks (still in my 90 days at work but I've worked for the same place for over 2 years) and I'm dreading the fact I need to tell my new boss. I'm at the point where I can't hide it anymore, thanks to my "all day sickness" I'm in and out of the bathroom 6+ times a day. Im terrified of what she's going to say and it doesn't help that  I'm the only person that does my job. Advice ? When did you tell your boss?

I told my boss around that time for the same reason. I was a miserable mess and I didn't want him to think I was on drugs lol. He was very supportive.

Depends on your works policy and how you feel. I'd read up on the HR book at work and go from there if you're that type and worry.

After that. I waited till 16w but i wasn't showing and as a nanny it wasn't effecting my work. Wanted to get ultrasound done first

If you are having sickness I would tell her now. Otherwise she might start to think something else or she may even have already figured it out

It depends on your job.  I was promoted and a month later I got my positive.  I told my boss at about 6 weeks because I work in s lab in a hospital so I can't do everything I used to do.  My sister didn't tell her boss till she was showing., she is a nurse in a nursing home.  It also depends on your relationship with your boss, I had s better relationship with mine as I hag been working for him for 3 years
