Yes I own multiple, but only use one. I pay it off every month and I don’t spend money that I don’t have. Builds my credit, I get travel perks, and it’s also an easy thing to access in case of emergencies.

I use mine for everything and pay it off at the end of the month. It's better than using my bank card since I get rewards with the credit card

I have one because you basically need one to build credit.  Which I think is dumb... but that’s beside the point.  
I use it to make large purchases that I actually can afford (ex: new furniture, home renovations, mechanic work, etc).  Then I pay it off immediately so I don’t rack up any debt.  It’s worked really well for me- I have perfect credit.
