I’ve been off an on trinessa birth control since I was a teen (I’m 30 now). In between it I have used the patch, an the depot shot.
Here lately I have been having a lot of mood changes an I believe my birth control may be causing it, it’s really bad in the beginning when I start a new pack.
What do you ladies think about the non hormonal birth control? Can you name a few to look up an research? Thanks in advance.
