What’s going on?

Hey ladies, it’s my first time posting. I just wanted to ask a question.

I was supposed to start my period this Sunday. Last Thursday I was bleeding a really light pink watery blood and the blood was light too. It lasted for a couple of hours and then stopped. I also had light cramping at the bottom of my stomach and lower part of my back. My period still hasn’t started. What could be going on? Mind you I have never spotted before a period so I don’t think it could be just spotting
