Preseed isn't a magic ingredient. It's a sperm friendly lube. It helps the sperm get to where they need to be in the same way as your cervical mucus does. If you don't get much cervical mucus then it's absolutely worth getting this. If you get lots of egg white cervical mucus then it's almost redundant as your own cervical mucus is obviously better than this.
I don't get a lot of cervical mucus. We had been trying for 7 cycles (tracking ovulation with opk's, bbt and cm monitoring) without success, we decided to try preseed and conceived on our 11th cycle. Sadly we miscarried at 11w1d so we are back to trying and will be using this when our Dr gives us the all clear

Apparently fertility lube only works if your problem is that you don’t produce any or enough of the fertile mucus you need to conceive. I used first response lube which is pretty much the Australian version of preseed and it worked for me because I don’t produce much cervical mucus at all. I made sure to do some research before using it

Like another said, it's not a magical lubricant that will get you pregnant. Some women have had success while using, while others have used it for months or years with no success. My husband and I use it, because I don't produce a lot of CM during BD.
