Having braxton Hicks need help!!!

I have had 6 braxton Hicks contractions that have lasted almost a minute each within the hour lower back pain and hardness all over my belly!!! I don’t know if I should go to the hospital to be checked or just lay down and see if I have anymore please help I’m nervous
