10 day spotting?

I’ve had sex with my boyfriend a lot when my parents left town, but i was spotting before we had sex since my last period. I got my first depo shot last month so idk if his is implantation bleeding or a verrrrrrry long and light period. But it’s super annoying and idk what it is or how to stop it.
