Yes you "start" having all types of something for example. Im not one to wake up hungry. And im not one take naps during the day or fall asleep easily. After missing my period for a month. I started feeling super hungry. Waking up hungry. Feeling as if I was starving. I took naps during the day exc. Got my period 3 months later. All tests negative (blood and urine). Doctors said im fine.

yes it's referred as a phantom pregnancy your body goes thru the symptoms and your belly even grows but just no baby it's kinda weird if you ask me
