Confused and need help asap

I had my last regular period last month of June from 3-6 but then I had sex in the middle of that month. And now last Friday on the 29th I started like normal but it didn’t last the usual time, it only lasted for like two full days then it was “spotting” blood instead of the bright red that it usually is. Am I just being paranoid?!
