Growing out your hair

7 months ago I cut my hair to shoulder length and had immediately regretted it. It’s grown maybe two/two and a half inches since. What can I take to make it grow faster? I feel like I can hardly do anything with it and always have it up in a messy bun or a ponytail. I just want my longer hair back lol
